If the mod had a holotape option, see if there was an uninstall button in the holotape and THEN uninstall the mod. Look up the ref ID for the vanilla pip boy and type player.equipitem XXXXXXXX into the game console. I remember briefly seeing people talking about that problem at the mod page. billy teelWebTry starting a holotape from outside of the pip-pad and it makes it reappear. Using console commands and player.placeatme xxxxxxxx works well if there isn't one laying around. The x's being an ID for a holotape, I used the pip-pad settings one myself.
